We have a fantastic staff here at Annecy. They are all very proactive when it comes to their professional development. We have a number of staff who have completed Masters degrees in Education, the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leaders, Senior Leaders, and Headteachers. We have staff who are members of the chartered college of teaching and one fellow of the chartered college. Development of subject knowledge and teaching skills is essential in continuing to improve the school on our journey to 'Outstanding'.

Our love of learning is greater than our fear of failure, and as such we use research-based evidence to inform our practice.
